Typical service involves a combination of contemporary praise songs, traditional hymns and gospel songs. The Apostle's Creed, the Lord's Prayer, and typically two scriptural passages are used during our service. Laypersons are involved as song leaders and readers of selected scriptures. Prayer requests representing the joys and concerns of the family are invited from the congregation on a volunteer basis. Sunday morning worship provides an opportunity to set aside the cares of the week, to praise God, and to come away refreshed for a week of service to God and our neighbors.
